Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the Application and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

  • Account and profile data: We keep account and profile information while your account remains active.
  • Athletic measurements, uploaded media links, and related content: We keep this information while your account remains active, unless you delete specific content earlier where the Application allows it.
  • After account deletion or a confirmed deletion request: We delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days, except where we must retain limited information to comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our terms.
  • Device information and usage analytics: We retain this information for up to 12 months. Where feasible, we use aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you.
  • Backups and point-in-time recovery: Deleted data may remain in our database provider’s encrypted backup and point-in-time recovery systems for up to 30 days, after which it is removed according to the provider’s retention settings. We do not use this to restore deleted user records for routine operations.
  • Service providers: Some service providers may process data on our behalf and retain it according to their own retention practices and our agreements with them, consistent with this Privacy Policy.
