These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Prospect Path application operated by Verified Path LLC.

By using Prospect Path, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

Eligibility

Users may include athletes, parents or legal guardians, coaches, and approved users.

Minors; Parental and Guardian Consent

Prospect Path is intended for use by student-athletes and their families. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Application with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

If you are under the age of 13, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage your account and provide verifiable parental consent in accordance with applicable law, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), before any personal information is submitted.

By allowing a minor to use the Application, the parent or legal guardian represents and warrants that:

• They are the legal parent or guardian of the minor
• They consent to the minor's use of the Application
• They consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of the minor's information as described in the Privacy Policy
• They consent to the minor uploading photos, videos, profile information, and other User Content
• They accept responsibility for supervising the minor's use of the Application

Verified Path LLC reserves the right to request additional verification of parental or guardian consent where required by law.

Parents or legal guardians may request review or deletion of a minor's information at any time by contacting support@prospectpath.app.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information and may not falsify performance data, misrepresent identity, or attempt to manipulate system analytics.

User Content

You may upload photos, videos, profile information, and other content ("User Content") through the Application. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Verified Path LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, format, display, distribute, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Prospect Path service, including sharing it with other users as permitted by the service and storing it with third-party service providers that support the platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload your User Content and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party or applicable law. You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited.

Verified Path LLC reserves the right to review, remove, or disable access to User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law. User Content retention and deletion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Performance Insights Disclaimer

Performance insights and analytics are informational tools only. Verified Path LLC does not guarantee athletic outcomes, roster placement, scholarships, or opportunities.

Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. Pricing may be adjusted with notice prior to renewal.

Intellectual Property

All software, analytics models, design, and branding are the property of Verified Path LLC.

Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verified Path LLC disclaims all warranties and liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
